They are of superior quality, produce beautiful sound, and have exquisite finishes, providing you with a perfect playing experience. Below is the detailed information about our transportation policy.
Shipping Time
We will process your order within 2-3 business days after receiving it and ship it out after professional "Luthiersviolin Set Up." The shipment will be dispatched within a maximum of 72 hours. In case of a high volume of orders that prevents us from delivering on time, we will temporarily suspend new orders to ensure that each instrument receives sufficient set up.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
We use DHL, UPS, FedEx, or SF Express for shipping, and all shipments are sent by air. We provide tracking numbers. The delivery time from placing the order to receiving it is between 3 and 14 days, including countries such as the United States, Australia, Canada, and others.
Correct Address
Please provide a complete and deliverable address when placing your order to ensure that the carrier can deliver the package to your address smoothly. If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, we will request the correct address. If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package cannot be retrieved, Luthiersviolin does not bear any responsibility.

Defective or Wrong Products
Luthiersviolin is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the transportation process. If you receive damaged goods, please contact the carrier or courier company and have the packaging and goods ready.
Customs and Import Fees
Luthiersviolin is not responsible for any customs duties, customs fees, or import charges incurred on your order. These are the customer's responsibility.
Bulk Purchases
If you are a music academy or a trader, we offer transportation by air or sea, and the trade terms are FOB/CFR. We can assist in arranging shipping flights or charter flights. A 70% deposit is required for the contract amount, and the remaining 30% balance must be paid before shipment.
