We are committed to being your trusted partner in providing you with high quality products, services and convenience at the lowest possible prices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will help you with an exchange, return or repair. If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with, please email us at service@luthiersviolin.com

Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. We can issue a refund for any reason within 30 days of your receipt of the product, but you will need to pay for courier charges. If you do not receive your product within 30 days of receipt, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Returns and Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace defective or damaged products. If you need a replacement for the same item, please feel free to contact us at service@luthiersviolin.com and we will be happy to assist you. We are happy to help.

Before returning an item, please contact us via email for a return address.

We will not be able to issue a refund if one of the following three things happens.

  1. the product was shipped to the wrong address (this includes returning it directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).
  2. A cash-on-delivery return is selected.
  3. Personalized products cannot be refunded. Customized products cannot be refunded (including products ordered in advance)

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.

◆ You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

If you return an item for an exchange, we will ship the item you want after we receive your returned product. Exchange times may vary depending on where you live. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is best to choose a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. If we are unable to receive your returned merchandise, we will not be able to issue a refund.

◆ Specials (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded; special-priced items cannot be refunded.

◆ Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to officially arrive. If you have done all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@luthiersviolin.com.
